ByteSparkle provides lead generation and social advertising services that help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers. Our platform uses advanced AI algorithms to find prospects that match your specified criteria and delivers qualified leads at competitive rates.
ByteSparkle will provide qualified leads based on the criteria specified in your service agreement. Lead pricing ranges from $40-60 per lead depending on the advertising channel, target audience complexity, and qualification requirements.
We guarantee that all delivered leads will meet the qualification criteria specified in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund for that specific lead.
Lead delivery timelines vary based on your target audience and campaign complexity. Typical delivery ranges from 7-14 business days for initial leads, with ongoing delivery as specified in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws, anti-spam regulations, and advertising standards.
You agree to use provided leads responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. You may not resell, redistribute, or share leads with third parties without explicit written consent.
Lead pricing is determined based on your selected plan and specific requirements. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, payment is required upon lead delivery or according to agreed-upon billing cycles.
Refunds are provided for leads that do not meet agreed-upon qualification criteria. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteSparkle and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall ByteSparkle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Texas.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
